Salvos Stores Deeragun

“I was dropping in a boot load of things (all bagged and boxed) and the lady working made it out that it was an inconvenience for me to bring items in. I felt not welcome and uncomfortable, I was debating taking them some where else. She did not thank me or give me any sort of kind gesture :(”

“Very curt and unfriendly lady decided that we could not donate because they weren't accepting any more donations despite 5 empty donation bins in front of us. Decided not to stay and shop as our packaged donations were not good enough for them, despite not opening them to take a look. Very unpleasant experience”

“One of the most expensive Salvation Army stores in Townsville. Most prices are close to retail and the really good things are on display and cannot be brought. I remember when the Salvo's were there to help the needy.. I realise that there are other ways to get help from them but if you are looking for a bargain I suggest you stay away from this shop.”

“I love this Salvo's store . Ample easy parking at front of store . Inside there is plenty of room to wander the isles comfortably. The clothes are all 'CLEARLMARKED' in order of size on the racks, so as you go down each isle you can go straight to your size clothing instead òf having to look through every item to find something that will fit you . All clothing is also in order of colour . How Fantastic is that . There is also a Crockery section , furniture section and aĺl the other little sections you need. Always clean , always neat and always friendly and helpful staff .”

“Salvos Store in Deeragun, opened October 2018. A good selection of your normal op-shop goods and also some new products. Young female manager was a little rude, other than that a typical Salvos Store like any other really.”
