“Management absolute disgrace the store is about making profit from free items meaning they make well over 500x profit then use charity status to keep all the money to not be distributed to those in need & using volunteers as free labour & making elderly staff work retail hours”

“One of the best salvos out there. Always leave with a couple good bargains. And the staff are so friendly and chatty 😀”

“This is one of the most frustrating Op Shops in my area. The store is HUGE and has at least 50 racks of clothing. The problem is the prices are retail or MORE. Men's pants are $7 - $15, this is 2 - 3 times the price of other local Op Shops. Adding to the aggravation is the Men's section is very poorly chosen, there's the usual 20 pairs of 1980's old man slacks and business shirts. T-shirts, jeans or track suits are almost impossible to find. One positive area is a small electrical & home wares section. Unfortunately whoever is doing the prices is living in a world without Target or Big W. Secondhand no brand toasters and desk lamps shouldn't be $15.”

“Was my favourite op shop, but the prices are now so unaffordable. Staff are great but I can go out and buy brand new clothes for the same price. Out of all the local op shops this seems to be the most expensive for example I saw a dress for 59 dollars last week, or anko/SHEIN for the same price if not more. Very disappointing op shops are supposed to be there for people that may not be able to afford things brand new. They will lose a lot of customers.”
