Salvos Stores Healesville

“Review for Salvos Store: I had a very upsetting experience at this store while looking at a D-Day commemorative coin collection with my young daughter. While simply sitting and examining the coins—something openly displayed for sale—I was accused by an employee named Gamil of stealing. I was doing nothing wrong, just sitting and letting my daughter browse items. His approach was rude, condescending, and completely uncalled for. It was embarrassing and uncomfortable, especially in front of other shoppers who were also visibly shocked by his behavior. I expected a welcoming and respectful environment, especially at a charity store, but unfortunately that was not the case here. I hope management reviews this incident seriously. Staff should treat all customers with respect and not make unfounded claims.”
