“DO NOT COME HERE. So overpriced for a “charity shop”. Insane prices this is meant to be for people in need. Will not return instead of wasting ure time here there is good op shops in the entrance for example the hub were all clothes is $2 , baby clothes are 5 for $1 and books 5 for $1 !!”

“I've picked up a few good things here but the pricing is getting out if hand at this particular Salvos. It's Lake Haven, not the inner city, the target demographic you're basing your prices on is way off.”

“I’ve been to practically every salvos in the state, but this one is the most overpriced “charity shop” i have ever been in. Used Millers jumpers for $10?? Used mens Connor jeans for $25? Levis for $50? Used wool blankets for $25?? Ridiculous! I saw at least 10 people leave without buying a thing. Including myself! If you want a good Salvos, go to Tuggerah or Gosford (2 stores) where prices are much more reasonable and affordable. This store needs a pricing intervention!”

“Staff wouldn't let my toddler use the restroom. Zero compassion. Exceptionally disappointed in the attitude from staff from this supposedly Christian charity based company. They genuinely couldn't care less. I'll buy my overpriced second hand items somewhere else in the future.”

“Very expensive, looks like it has a good range of clothes but at those prices I can buy most things brand new. Homewares are priced like they are in an antiques dealership not a shop for people who don't have much money. Op shops used to be for people who were unable to afford new things, now they sell things at high prices and fob you off with replies like "The money you spend here goes to charity".”
