“Pretty upset with my experience at this salvos today. Found a shirt in my sons size that my father had before he passed and was the only reason I went ahead with my purchase only to find they hadn’t put it through with my order when I had gotten to my car. Went back literally 5 minutes later to the lady that served me saying she had put it under the desk incase I was to come back and then an older lady working there said she had sold it to someone who had specifically asked for this shirt…. Not sure how true that is but all in all pretty upset with the situation as it should have been put through with my order in the first place.”

“Favourite salvos around! I always find gems here and the staff are beautiful people always have a nice chat with them. The quality of items, store organisation and cleanliness is the best I’ve seen, plus the store always smells nice! My baby accidentally broke an item and the lady was so forgiving and understanding about it which I really appreciate. Other people complaining that a hold was placed and never put aside for them is ridiculous — the aim of the store is to sell the items, most of the time the holding person doesn’t show up so how can you expect them to hold it when there is a willing customer there to pay?”

“I was wrongfully accused of stealing a necklace and when the manager didn't find anything on me she let me go, then the volunteer and a supposed "witness" showed up to my place of work and made my boss pay $25 for a necklace I supposedly stole. I find this behavior to be horrid and unbelievably unprofessional, I only recommend this establishment to people who want to be harassed.”

“Had to write a review when I saw all the negative comments about the staff. I have found the staff lovely & very helpful here. The store is well set out & includes a boutique section. The quality of the clothes are good & the store has a good turnover of items so there are always new clothes to look through each visit. Prices are really good so always able to get a good bargain”

“I will never come back to this store and will never recommend this shop to my friends. The people there don’t know how to run a business, I did the right thing and rang up to put an item on hold and they sold out from underneath me. I’m very disappointed I wasted an hour drive. The staff were rude when we got there and terrible customer service. If I could give a zero star review I would. Never coming back to this salvos store.”
