“Appalling. Was shopping with my 4 year old son who needed to go to the toilet and can't hold on very long just yet. I understand there are signs that say 'not a public toilet' but surely an accept on can be made under these circumstances. The staff member said no and casually asked a bunch of different workers who all said it's not a public toilet. I was so angry at this inflexibility of rules towards a CHILD that I left. He pee'd himself in the carpark. I will not return to this shop (which I frequented) and will spread the word.”

“Big open store, clean and organised. Friendly staff”

“super disappointing. glass bottles priced $20, $5 for a cup, furniture and painting priced higher than i see on marketplace. i've visited multiple times in the past month and the kids section is constantly messy, toys thrown everywhere (including on the ground) with no organisational system, the section next to that where the board games are consists of essentially unorganised, overpriced trash thrown into random boxes for you to dig through. i saw multiple clear SETS of items like plates, bowls but especially cups priced individually, usually for $3 or higher but i can buy a set of 6 cups from kmart for $4.50, make it make sense. the mother's day table hasn't been retouched in days and looks incredibly sad and the men's section is a dark neglected corner of old, smelly clothes and nothing more”

“The person pricing furniture is terrible, no knowledge of how to price. The prices on furniture are laughable! I recommend Fb marketplace if looking for household items. Please Salvos employ someone who knows the value of secondhand furniture as a lot of items are priced more than new in shops. Will not be going back to this op shop! Clothes and kids toys however are priced similar to other op shops.”
