“I am so disgusted and disappointed in the service I experienced today at this store by a rude woman called Keryn. This store is listed to close at 5.30. At 5.05 she rudely told us all to “hurry up and get to the counter we’re closing”. I was quite shocked as I planned my trip around the closing time. I was walking to the counter at 5.10 and she said it again. I went to the counter and apologized and said “sorry I thought you close at 5.30, that’s what time it says online and it’s 5.10” to which I got a response rudely saying “it’s actually 5.15 and some of us want to get home”. I said don’t worry I’m leaving and Keryn said “GOOD”. Absolutely fowl treatment. I loved this store. I was going to volunteer myself here but I guarantee I won’t be doing that now. You should be ashamed of yourself! I can’t imagine being that rude for no reason to those in the community and you do not belong in a charity environment.”

“Love this store always guaranteed to get a bargain and the prices are heaps better than rip off vinnies which is just up.the road . I would rather give the salvo's my money as they keep their prices at a fair rate.”

“Wanted to drop off some clothes that I owned since before a Covid. Never worn, still with the tags on, most of them $200+. Called to clarify if they accept. Very unpleasant phone conversation. Rudely answered the call. Then continued to tell me off for calling them “old clothes” and not “just clothes”. A simple yes or no would have sufficed. Or explained to in a respectful manner. Decided I drop it off at Vinnies instead.”
