“The staff here are so incredibly lovely and helpful! They really make shopping here a positive experience, may God bless them. And the shop itself has a great range of interesting items for a smaller Salvos Store - definitely worth the visit.”
“Good turn over of stock with a bargain to be found. Friendly staff and volunteers. Parking out front on main road or behind premises”
“Friendly staff good variety of items small clean shop. Parking front and back. Some reasonably priced items some over priced. Overall, it's a good place.”
“I have never seen a more egregious example of overpricing in my life. Used untested cameras for retail prices. $50 hats. Jackets for $10 less than brand new. Absolutely Foul Pricing. If everything was 50% cheaper it would still be a expensive charity store.”
“Absolute rip off merchants that do not deserve a glance let alone your money. They obviously 'Google Lens' or Ebay barcode scan everything and slap the same retail/ebay prices on items that they find online. For example; (Attached a photo) $45 for 6 Kids books that had 100% come from a school judging by the Dewy numbers on them. I asked the employee if it was a mistake and she proudly announced the price like she was celebrating how expensive they were... They're 2nd hand kids books at a Salvos.. DVD's are often $10/$12 for single seasons of generic TV shows like Friends, Breaking Bad or Sex and The City (All of which are $3 at any other OP shop). Kids toys for $40, Men's shirts for $25.. Who is deciding on these prices?! You're delusional! Go to Vinnies in Windsor/Richmond or the local Anglicare instead. Go anywhere else! DO NOT waste your time here, they need a massive wake up call on what an op shop is meant to be.”
