“Best place ever, first been since 2020, great range of stuff and best of all, great treasures, hope I'll come back soon and find more treasure, just like a pirate.”
“A great place to rummage even though it’s a little dusty but it is expected as it’s such a huge area filled to the brim. Unlike other op shops that are going up market, this place is still old school. Always lots to browse and have always found something to tempt me…even after dropping off donations from decluttering.”
“A very rude lady when I dropped off some clothing yesterday. Trying to do the right thing.. I understand it was 830am but I explained I started work at 9am. A little appreciation would have been nice.. but the rudeness was really horrible. Will be taking my next donations somewhere else ! :(”
“This was an enjoyable and large op shop where I found lots of goodies. There was one particular lady at the counter that was super friendly and made lovely conversation. She was very helpful. (I don’t recall her name but for the sake of the business reading this review, I remember she told me she grew up in Blacktown.) The prices were fairly reasonable (I loved the kids clothes 3 for $5 deal), however, the only disappointment was that overall, everything did seem a bit overpriced. ESPECIALLY the ‘sportsgirl seconds’ considering the damages and imperfections that they had such as quite large and noticeable stains and tears. One dress in particularly that I loved was tagged for $32 but the whole side zip was completely broken. Not worth paying that amount to then get it fixed. I think if they could take into consideration that these seconds items are also sale/out of season items and would be available with large discounts brand new and undamaged directly from Sportsgirl. I would also suggest that the seconds items are carefully looked over prior to pricing as some items which are the exact same, were priced the same, though their imperfections were hugely different. For example, a dress that had no visible imperfections at all and then the same dress had a huge hole on the collar where the tag was cut off were both priced $25.”
“My daughter and I shopped til we dropped today. This is a huge op shop. It has many weird and very wonderful things for sale. There is section in the back where many items are cheaper. I bought a jacket that is brand new. Tags still on. Priced at $99.00. I paid $6.00. Mostly all items I bought are new tags still on. I spent $55.00. After googling the one brand, dresses were $65.00 and above, I paid $6.00. I think my purchases would have cost me between $350.00 & $400.00 regular retail. The sales ladies were lovely and chatty. They have a rewards program, for every $15.00 you spend you get $1.00 credit on your purchase or save them up and use another time. I will definitely being shopping here again.”
