“The stuff is alright sometimes but their prices have recently gone up, especially for things they are receiving for free. The staff on the other hand sure do like to yap and give attitude to their customers. One red headed man in particular should remember that the customers are funding his lavish uber eats orders before rudely ignoring them (he might want to lower his voice when gossiping as you never know who's listening)😏”

“"Save 50% off all clothing" sign displayed on Chifley Drive today, only to go in, shop around and find out its not today but next week. Then as you approach the doors there are signs with the date of the sale. Predatory and dishonest marketing which I suppose is what you'd expect from a for profit op shop who mark up prices to nearly the same as what they'd be new and donate only a small fraction of what they advertise to charity and nfp orgs. This place is a joke.”

“We lost our Father/Father in Law in January this year. He was 97. 6 months later, despite our best intentions we inadvertently took some China & Crystal to Savers in Preston thinking we were helping to move forward. We were wrong and after some very difficult conversations, we went back to Savers 24 hrs later to see if we could ‘recover’ our boxes. After dropping boxes off Saturday, pleading our case Sunday (with Beau- a very helpful young man) to returning Monday & meeting Jo, the Production Manager who we have to say took ‘customer service’ to another level. Not only was she extraordinary in her commitment to finding our boxes, she was kind, sympathetic & determined to help. 24 hrs later, we received a call to say our boxes had been found. We can’t tell you how relieved we were! Jo met us, we saw Beau again & together we carried those damn boxes back to the car. We cannot express highly enough how Jo & her team helped us out of a pretty sticky situation. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts 🙏🤗💯”

“I bought a puffer jacket for $30 once I got home I noticed a massive rip in the arm as it was getting stuck on everything. After 2 weeks I went to the store when I could and they would not give me a refund or credit to use at a later date. I hope the money goes somewhere good.”

“Really lovely store. Prices are quite good but I don't think they wash the clothes so if you buy something just wash before you wear.”
