“Fantastic variety of both new and pre-loved items of clothing, shoes, accessories, CDs, DVDs, Books, etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Accessible entry. Also a choice of self-serve or assisted checkout. Membership and discounts available.”
“This store is by far our fave thrift/secondhand shop, the staff are always friendly and helpful, the selection of goods is huge rows and rows of clothes, they have a book section that feels more like a library than a store.”
“This store is HUGE, close to the CBD, and plenty of public transport around it. Prices, in average, are reasonable, others are a bit higher than they should. Only con, is that for the size of the store, they only have 3 change rooms available, so you have to line up for a bit to try your finds, and the check out is self serve (not impresed) You can get 25% off by making a donation (goods) or by signing up with your email Really worth a visit”
“Really good value for Sydney CBD. Great range of items but very well organised so it’s fun and not overwhelming to look through. They also have many size 8 items which is perfect for me. They even have some new stuff with tags. Only con is that there are only a couple of fitting rooms so can be annoying to queue to try on clothes. If you sign up to their loyalty program you get 25% off!”
“A huge thrift shop (OP shop) very close to the CBD of Sydney. Some great clothes at very affordable prices. I went there on a Friday afternoon around 5pm and it was fairly busy. I ended up buying Laura Ashley skirt made in Australia for $10.99, Damart shift made in Australia for $9.79, Circle of Friends dress for $17.99 plus a bunch of socks for around $3 each. I love the layout with type of clothing and sizes, makes it very easy to shop. Love there was places to sit and it had a good vibe to it generally. Also their extended shop hours and it'll be a place that I will go to when in-between events in the city. A couple of things that I disliked; not enough change rooms (I waited about 10 minutes), lots of Anko (kmart brand) for high prices, I wasn't told about the membership and you got 25% off your first purchase ( only saw it on the sign afterwards). Overall a very impress second hand shop so close to the city with some amazing gems to find. You need a decent amount of time and frame of mind to sort through some poor quality pieces.”
