“Spent my last money on a food pack to take back to my tent n there is nothing they give that doesn't need cooking or other things to make it into a meal I can't help but feel it's because I was not on drugs and was dressed reasonably, I went in there a year ago stinking with dirty clothes and no money and received more assistance. I can't help but feel I was judged by my appearance like they thought I wasn't in need. I know it's a charity but I get better value for my money at a shopping centre.”
