“Nice clothing, shoe and homeware selection which is tidy and easy to look through. However, as a few other reviews have mentioned there is one lady in particular who has a foul attitude. We showed up 20 mins to closing. We were immediately met with rudeness, she was slamming doors behind us making us clearly very unwelcome. We knew the store was closing and were going to leave before then but left anyway and didn't purchase items we wanted.”
“Nice options for clothing and homewares. Not as much for craft supplies. HOWEVER, one of the ladies working there was very rude and was raising her voice at me to say “umm, we’re like closed,” shaking her head and looking at me like I was an idiot, when there was 5 minutes left until closing. This made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Fair enough if you’re closing, but the attitude you express it with is important and should be improved.”
“What a lovely op shop. My daughter and I spent a long time looking at all the treats on offer. (We bought a good few too!)Everything reasonably priced. Friendly staff, all goods well presented. Great views of the water too. We will be back again soon. Thank you”
“Great place, wonderful volunteers. Doing a great job for the community. Clothes start at $1 and will even supply those in need with a free fill a bag of clothes if you go to the havens reception for a voucher. Main building will also give out food parcels to those who need it. Fills your heart with bliss to realise places like this still exist to help those in need.”
“They advertise their clothing for $1 a piece... so I made a special trip to hopefully purchase jumpers for my children. I couldn't find a single one in the store. A few weeks later, they had a jumpers "sale" - all individually priced. (They do this with other items, too. It's disappointing as it feels misleading. Can't fault the staff who serve - always friendly.”
