“Wish more stores were this open and kind. Wife and I were travelling through town on Monday and stopped at Red Rooster for lunch. Asking the girl there if there was anything in town to do since we would be staying at a hotel overnight, she pointed us here for a bit of shopping. Their selection is amazing. Amazing second hand clothes and electronics. All at crazy low prices. Great bargains! But the thing that sold us on this store was the staff. A lovely lady greeted us on the way in and had a lovely chat. As we wandered around she wandered away and was replaced with a young man. We think his name was Jake. He was so incredibly kind, attentive and helpful during our visit. Bringing as baskets as we grabbed things. Answering questions, giving us some help finding things around town and ducking around the store grabbing things when my wife asked if they had certain items. Even when not serving us he was talking with and helping other customers or doing various jobs. All with a smile on his face and a level of positive energy that was infectious. Every question or request was answered either a "No problem" or "Of course, anytime". We came back later in the afternoon and he pointed us to a small bar for drinks and somewhere to relax. Hearing from him about the lovely owner and staff in addition to the business supporting local art projects it was clear he was very passionate and invested in this place. Whatever this young man is being paid cannot be enough, truly a one in a million employee. 100/10 experience. Will be coming back and telling everyone coming to tamworth about this amazing place. Keep up the great work, cannot wait to visit the entrance store.”
