“I wouldn’t even bother stopping to look in at this op shop. This use to be one of my favourite op shops around Melbourne. Not only over priced, The past times I’ve come to visit the staff either are rude or it’s not even open. Today was the last day I will ever enter or recommend this op shop to anyone. Waste of time.”

“Rude and terribly overpriced. Saw some discriminatory behaviour based on racial orientation. I’d suggest people to go to the elsternwick branch rather than this one.”

“My senior mother visited this shop. The man working at the shop was extremely rude and had a go at her for 'looking for gold' when she was looking at the jewelry. He then told her off for wearing a hat and told her she wasn't to wear a hat in the shop. Very distressing behavior. Regardless of whether you own or manage a shop, some basic human kindness would go a long way.”

“Aggressively asked to look in my bags this morning as I left, I was really taken back with how abrupt you were! My bags were empty as my next stop was Woolworths to go food shopping. I liked the look of a mirror and painting but won’t be back to purchase after that experience. Really sad as I frequently nip into your op shop but won’t be back.”
