VENLA resell+relove Balmain

“So pleased with how VENLA works! It is SO worth the exercise of cleansing your wardrobe. I sold 41 of my 52 items! Amazing. And then found just the raincoat I wanted. All the staff are amazing. So helpful and the system is seamless. You can get up to the minute updates of each and any sale so you know exactly what is happening all the time. I am v impressed.”

“Got to keep going into this place to find stuff as racks change all the time, great quality items well priced and guilt free shopping backed up with a great friendly team!”

“Rosemary and the whole team are so efficient and so lovely to deal with. I've booked 2 racks so far, each with great success. They've provided guidance and support constantly. I've now just booked a third rack and am looking forward to coming back in.”

“It was my third time hiring a rack in the last 12 months. This last time was so very disappointing as the team in Balmain have lost the caring and attentive service that I had experienced in the past. Reply to you the owner You asked your staff which I understand. My review was that of benefit to you as a business owner. I can see that you aren’t concerned about what I have to say to you privately by making a call as there is information that may be of interest when running a business. All the best.”

“I had a great experience selling my clothes through Venla Balmain. The process is very easy and user-friendly and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a great way to make some room im my wardrobe without contributing to landfill. Highly recommend.”
