“An employee here, on December 27, 2024, who I believe is the manager at the cashier, treated customers rudely and looked at them with disgust. I have also heard her speak about customers with disdain before. I believe she should act with kindness and compassion, especially as she is working in a charity shop. Her attitude is off-putting, not only to me but likely to other customers as well. She undermines the vision of Vinnies to help those in need.”

“Very high prices. Prices are brand-new stuff for a place that was meant to be put in for donations to allowing those in need to be of afford things. This place is not one of them just like many of them. They make a dollar for themselves and the Shop, going not worrying about hoping those in need and how much goes in their pocket That’s the question”

“Located in a handy location across the road from the mall. Why not ?”

“Big range of clothes to suit anyone big or small, toys and heaps of space to wonder. Usually sells bacon and eggs or sausages for a snack while you shop. Prices are cheap and I can promise that you will never get ripped off. Staff are kind and helpful, but I think they need more staff out near the clothing racks to help shoppers if needed. Overall great place and you should definitely consider coming here if you like to op-shop.”

“Shead is just a sorting shed to dispute to other opp shops. Thank you for all donations to help familys in need.”
