“Terrible experience today. Mid 30s lady at front desk overtly offensive & incompetent. I tried to get a mattress delivered and after calling back the lady refused to even speak with me. I have put in a formal complaint to St Vinnies management. In some ways it's the management's fault, rather than the grossly incompetent minions, as the delivery service should provide a mobile number. IF they don't want to provide a mobile then you should not use them. I had better get a refund.”
