“Absolutley disgusted at the woman volunteer who told me I could ONLY BRING 2 BAGS of donations in and had to leave my own bags( which I didn't) whether this a new policy with Vinnies themselves or just this store its disgusting. I wont EVER be coming back to this store,also the prices are way too high to be classified as a CHARITY SHOP There is so much stock out the bag its not funny”

“I been going there nearly everyday for the last 3 yrs and absolutely love it there, good decent price better range than most vinnie and u can actually score a treasure if you’re really looking for it and have to change to buy it too (ie jewellery) friendly staffs, I hopefully it continue that way , keep up the good work guys”

“Came in today the store is bigger than expected but very understaffed, or at least has the staff but only one of them seemed to be doing anything, girl with black hair, was very kind and helpful, whilst the only other old lady I saw ignored me and told her to do it as she sat on her butt, as the girl ran around trying to do everything, clearly overworked and deserves a raise (if staff there gets paid, if she is a volunteer than its even worse that nobody else was helping her, especially if they get paid) But to the girl at the front very helpful and friendly, thank you, you were wonderful and we need more of you, these 5 stars are all for you (and that it is a larger store than most as well)”

“Visited here and was absolutely appalled at the prices... I've been to a lot of op shops and this one at Wentworthville is expensive compared to others. The lady that served me had no idea what she was doing, respect though because she is a volunteer. All in all with taking a look..”

“Large store with a good range of products from menswear, womenswear, kidswear, accessories, jewelleries, books and homewares. Three fitting rooms didn't seem to be enough as many people wanted to try on their picks. Absolute enjoyable shopping experience on Sunday arvo. Long racks of clothes to browse through. Clothes are mostly in good clean condition. Prices are pretty good if choose carefully. Can be a little too high on some pieces. Saw a damaged leather looked jacket being offered for around $20 and wondered who would buy it. Great location being next to Macca's and plenty of parkings. Will definitely visit again.”
