The Staff are very kind and helpful and I always seem to find just what I need for myself and others. The items are of a really good quality and if your income is low then it is a great place to start. Also sometimes the older products are of a much higher standard and last longer. Thank you Vinnies! “My daughter and I visited this shop yesterday and was absolutely disgusted at the behaviour of staff in this store on this day, we were treated like criminals and felt very uncomfortable with a lady standing by the change rooms like a prision guard peering through the gaps. I have shopped at this store in the past with no issues (complete different staff on other occassions)! we also donate all our things to this store too as we live locally. If my daughter and I were treated like this, it makes me wonder how under privileged people seeking assistance are treated!! not very Christian like at all and very unprofessional staff who need ot have a good hard look at their behaviour.”
