“I have noticed prices have gone up lately, preloved clothing at boutique prices. Op shops were opportunities to buy what you can't afford new. Disappointing.”

“I was disappointed with the excessively high pricing. This makes the product inaccessible to the people who need it I have stopped donating to many charities because of their mark up and now only donate to a couple of stores. I donate my high end brands with the intention of someone being able to afford and enjoy wearing it.”

“Yeah went into this store the other day.. and had a women staring me down while I was browsing with my son, plus he wanted to look at the kids toys couldn't get in any where near them as a staff member was there unpacking toys for a long time, constantly the back staff room slamming, seems like they really need to work on there customer service.”

“Lovely staff always friendly and happy to help. I always find something even when not looking for anything in particular, normally walk out with a bag full of good quality clothes at good prices. Lots of nice handbags and shoes, I have to stop myself from buying them all lol.”

“I have a good memory of the op shop. I got my converse from here for $20 it's purple on the inside of the shoe and sparkling sliver on the outside. The men's section is a little small. I once had an socially ackward interaction with staff, but every other since they have been polite and friendly”
