“Wow, shocking service over the phone. Just called up to ask if they accepted donations and if I could bring a couple of bags of women’s clothes. The lady that picked up the phone didn’t even bother explaining where the donation area is (I’m new to the suburb and never been to this op shop before, used to donate to the ones in Paddington). I’ve started to ask a question to clarify the address and a drop off point and she just hang up on me. Definitely won’t be bringing my stuff there. Hopefully, there is another place in the area that will appreciate people’s good will to help.”

“Came in for a quick look at 4:45pm with a member of staff informing us they were closing in 15. 5 mins passed and another older woman told us that we had 10 mins left and then told me to calm down when I said “yes we know thank you”. After this she turned to her colleague and said “I love to tell customers that”. Honestly, please go work at Karen’s diner if you like to disrespect customers and behave like this. You really are doing more harm than good by volunteering. What a shame for Vinnie’s!”

“I see reviews going back 2 years ago. And things still haven't changed. The prices for anything are really unaffordable. Please listen to the community and start making changes. so things can be reasonable again.”

“This op shop used to be good with some cool things. Now it is more like an antique/collector shop. With ridiculously high prices. I understand bills have to be payed. But this is not an enjoyable experience if you are going for the purpose of opshopping and getting a bargain or cheap find. For example a Baby Bond's tracksuit suit was tagged at $30 which is the full price when they aren't on sale in the actual shops. (Really hoping this one particular item was meant to be $3 and was a typo)”
