“It lacks generosity to the poor, it's almost as if it is designed for the elite retail shopper, what a JOKE, l don't know if l can bring myself to go there again as the atmosphere is bland and boring and expensive, they definitely have lost their touch with reality PLEASE bring back the rough and tidy cheap priced bargain shopping where you can find things arranged in optional ways ,trinkets marked low prices and clothing items at 2 dollars, coats 4 dollars or less anything over 5 dollars would be great if valuable and new , books should be 20 cents , DVDs 50 cents CD 50 cents per item ,honestly if this place actually becomes a real opportunity it will be attracting an overflow of business to help not only the economy and business but the ORIGINAL plan which is good news,great for people who are in need of help from those that have been fortunate enough to meet ends with the current crisis in living conditions.... SAVING ON COST SAVES PEOPLE FROM THEIR POVERTY AND DEPRESSION. This is so important that people have a great full of fun and help place to walk in to to turn to when they are at risk of losing themselves to the point of being homeless. PLACES AS THIS MUST PROVIDE DETAILED INFORMATION AND DIRECTIONS FOR ALL WHOM REQUEST SUPPORT IN EXTREME SITUATIONS .....”

“I Went to donate clothes that were brand new with tags still on, only to be questioned what I was donating and made to feel like I was being mocked. The staff are very cold and unfeeling they don’t even greet you, many have commented on the environment and how unwelcome they feel coming it to this store. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you’re feeling down.”

“Been to this store a few times live the store layout and set up very clean and organised. The reason for my low rating is because the staff is the most rudest staff I have endured ever in a store and I go to many op shops but this store especially every time I've been I never get a hello or how are you and even when I've got to donate again no hello no smile just 'put it over there' response.. Such a shame as like I said the store is great but the workers ruin it. Another time I came by 5.02pm lady was still inside at desk I had a bag of donations and I asked if I could leave it the store had just closed at 5pm I was late by 2 minutes she looked up at me and tapped her watch? As if to say late.. So unfortunately I won't be shopping here or bringing any donations which is a shame as I donate so much to help out. Disappointing experience”

“Really nice place to grab a bargain, However, one staff member (asian) was very rude. her behavior made me leave early without even buying anything.”

“I am saddened by my last experience at this branch. I am a regular Op shopper and I do donate every now and again. This weekend I was confronted by dismissive and tired out volunteers who were also rude as they turned me away from the store stating they just had too much sorting to do and no need for my bags of clothes and toys. The toys were new and unopened and even then they did not take time to assess if this might be something worth storing on their shop front. I get that there are unworthy items that they must discard, but outreach and charity requires a bit more than mechanical apathy from a world which could do with a little more genuine compassion.”
