“Selling stained skirt for $8 and refused to lower the price. Ridiculous. A lot of their “vintage” and “unique” antique jewellery pieces are broken and aren’t inspected properly before they put a stupidly high price on it. They sell broken watches without a working clasp and don’t even know if the watch is broken or needs battery for over $20. Op shops such as this place are becoming more greedy than thinking about the community.”

“I purchased two products from Vinnies Victoria shipped from Dandenong. The customer service was appalling. Unhelpful service, having to repeat things over before they understood, refusing to resolve simple problems, not reading messages sent to them, hanging up on customers when they're in the wrong. Just appalling service that makes the whole organisation look bad. When I left negative feedback on eBay they had the feedback removed, despite other customers leaving similar negative feedback. The worst kind of service. I don't recommend buying from these people. Very bad treatment of people trying to support their charity.”

“Prices here are RIDICULOUSLY high! And they call this an Op shop? What happened to helping the poor? I can buy cheaper items at Myer than this place. I mean $30 for a used Kmart top. And for Dandenong.. Not worth going if you want to be paying more than you should be.”

“This was my first time back to op shopping since the pandemic hit. I was so happy that I started again at this flagship-like Vinnie's! Had a great time browsing in the shop, got support from friendly staff, found awesome stuff I'd wanted to get in a long time and the parking was so easy!”

“Very well organised shop, loads of space to walk around and browse. Good labelling and categorisation of the various departments. Books are placed properly and shelved. Everything is super neat and tidy - Even the clothes are colour coordinated. Well worth the trip”
