“Shop opens on Sunday, staffs work hard, but lots of items are faulty, staffs smart level are low than standard, the Curley hair cashier works 1yr + still didn't know how to process credit note payment, n even Sam did not know what was going & blamed me! The tall female shop supervisor works on Sunday was terrible, I purchased faulty item or missing parts, but she not allowed you to exchange or return, and it was not stated sold as it on the item. none of the shop in Au has such rules, her behaviour was against the consumer law. What are low ethic and low educated people! I will not shop & donate there again.”
