“Some items are priced reasonably, however a lot is overpriced, the books especially are not reasonably priced at all. Yesterday the lady behind the counter was holding on to the book I purchased as if it was hers. There was no need for it,I obviously was not trying to steal it. Yet if I had walked out without paying, you would have done nothing to stop me.”

“On a visit from Sydney I experienced the magnificent, kind and attentive team at Halls Head Vinnies! Volunteers, and yet they put the customer service of paid staff at brand boutiques to shame!! Also the neatest and most organised Vinnies I have seen (and I visit and shop at many!) I had just15 mins to shop for a themed party, and Mary and colleagues were so helpful, creative and lateral thinkers to source and coordinate a most apt and superb outfit for me, right down to accessories! Only 30 dollars with priceless customer service. Thank you! You've put WA, Mandurah and Halls Head on the map for me for a hasty return!”

“Generally a nice store but I feel like Vinnie’s (along with others) are getting too expensive. People who op shop are looking for a good deal. It would be nice if you stop comparing your prices to marketplace, eBay etc and marking them the same if not higher. For example this casserole dish for $45….. I feel like $15 would be reasonable and I’d definitely have bought it for that.”

“Amazing! Been going to this vinnies pretty much since they have opened! I have found vintage leather jackets there that I always get complimented on. Hands down, it’s just an enjoyment going in there and looking around and the ladies who work there are so nice and you always up having a chat about how they are and all the different styles that come through the door and out the door! Definitely worth a shop for a humble experience ❤️”
