“Decent amount items to find but Nicholas one of the volunteers was rude. Nice quality clothing and shoes at good prices, plenty of DVDs at $1 too. Toys at good prices too. Clean and refreshing store compared to the op shop across the road, nicely sized too. Not bad for a local op shop tucked away from the main suburbs but please invest in better volunteers. At least the lady was helpful in knowing the returns policy where Vinnies only do exchanges for change of mind and don't have a set date for returns (most likely you can do a return around 90 days).”

“This is probably the best managed Vinnies in Geelong! I bought these items and they were better than the mall! (Not to mention the awesome bargain!) Each was curated and cleaned to be ready for use! This is one of the big branches and they are always busy. However, the staff remains on top of everything! Tidy, systematic, very friendly and they love what they do! You’ll know when you purchase their items - always in pristine condition and in the rare case that they are not, the exchange, return & refund process is a breeze! Very highly recommended 👍🏼”
