“the store use to be good, use to have wonderful ladies that volunteered their time until the new manageress said she didn't what old people running the store. it also use to be value for money but now the people that really could only afford to shop there can no longer as the manageress is turning it into a "boutique" store. come on head office look around at the way your paid staff are treating the lovely volunteers it's disgraceful and if you think that's ok then you are disgraceful as well”
