“Bloody expensive and overpriced for a charity shop that’s meant to be affordable for those in need. And that being said, I’m not paying $15+ for a ratty handbag or dirty, worn shoes with dirt and sweat stains. Have found some great pieces, but 90% of the items are severely overpriced. Fix it”

“Beautifully laid out and maintained store with high quality clothing and bric-a-brac. Decent size too, I spent almost an hour here and still didn't explore all on offer. Prices are on the steep side and the service left a *lot* to be desired 😶 Not one of the staff acknowledged or greeted any customer that I could see (not even at the till) and the lady I approached with a bag of donations was less than pleasant; she got in a flap and was visibly and audibly impatient with me. There are ways to explain procedures that won't get people off-side! There was also ZERO need to grab the large and heavy bag I'd brought with me and dump it at my feet at the till when I was paying for my purchases - I said I'd take it when I was leaving and I wasn't lying. That was a classless and shameful way to treat anyone and I sincerely hope that it's not standard practice. It costs nothing to be civil, especially in retail and community service - you shouldn't be so busy that you've got no time to extend a welcome; you work in an op-shop, Ladies, you're not saving babies 😒”

“I inquired about if the light works on a phone holder stand which I noticed was broken, workers told me it was brand new, I showed them it was broken, they then told me it was a good price, I said yeh if it wasn't broken, one lady in particular was being quite aggressive, I asked if they could do better as its broken and they said it's been priced accordingly even though they thought it was brand new and unbroken initially which was a lie, dishonest people shouldn't be working there and the aggression was completely unnecessary and innappropriate, I had my 8 year old with me, I didnt expect to get treated like dirt and attempted to be scammed when walking into a vinnys, I dont want to go back ever again after this experience”

“Severely overpriced! With donated items, Op shops don't need to be in high rent shops. Asked how much they gave to people in need, staff didn't reply. A so-called charity has lost its purpose and a buyer.”

“Great store, friendly staff but you guys need to lower your prices. Everyone I talk to about Vinnie's Kala talk about how bad the prices have become. Across the board things are more expensive and many items are very overappraised.”
