“Another over-priced second hand store - many of us shop 2nd hand because we can't afford new, and Vinnies do not take this into account. Many items are more expensive here than at Kmart or Ikea. I'd rather give my money to Vinnies but not at these prices!”

“A good store with a wide variety of merchandise, I have some reservations about it though. I frequently buy single bed doona covers for my dogs' bedding. Doona covers are sold in sealed packets and you are not allowed to take them out before buying. They are so often mislabelled. I generally buy 5 or 6 at a time and nearly always, at least two of them have turned out to be double size; when the store has a no refund policy, and you're not allowed to inspect the merchandise before purchase, I feel this is not very honest. There's nothing I can do with the wrong-sized ones except donate them back, so this is effectively doubling the price. The other reason for my low rating is that it is made so very unpleasant to be in the main part of the store by the horrible noise that is blasted out at an unconscionable decibel level. Many a time I've had to give up browsing because I just couldn't stand to be in there any longer.”

“Good convenient place to donate unwanted items for charity. Staff are quite helpful. The shop is deceivingly large once you step through the door. There's big sections on clothing, books, DVDs and CDs, kitchenware and toys. Marked prices are very good, easy to pickup bargains and help out the cause”
