“Great shop with some brilliant buys! But the staff wouldn’t let other people in at 3.45 because they were closing ‘in a minute’ - closing time is 4pm fyi. I understand they are volunteers and have probably been working all day, but given they are making money for such a good cause and charity I find it bizarre that they would turn customers away with sufficient time to look around and shop in store. Surely they could just say we’re closing in 10 minutes or so when people enter the shop in the last 15 minutes?”
“Lovely and friendly staff, i come in regularly and always feel very welcomed 🙂👏🏼”
