“As a former volunteer staff member I was verbally attacked by the manager whilst talking to a current volunteer staff member today. I was informed by a regular customer that she had witnessed the abuse, saying "that woman is so rude, and it's not the first time". The manager then arranged a staff member to monitor my movements in the store. This is not the first time this has happened. I am left mentally depleted and feeling physically disturbed. I do have a good solicitor and I will investigate a future action after reporting this to the Diocese.”
