“Overpriced garbage everywhere. Rude, judgmental staff. NOT THERE TO HELP ANYONE. They're price gouging to the extreme. In a poor area where people desperately need cheap stuff, so sad to see. Just go to Kmart instead, Vinnies isn't worth the trip anymore.”

“The Vinnies CEO is the HIGHEST PAID OUT OF ALL THESE CHARITIES, and its clear why as soon as you walk in. Ridiculously priced items, blatant price gouging, all for low quality used items that were donated ENTIRELY FOR FREE. Soon these stores will be so overrun with leftover, overpriced stock they cannot sell. Savers already has a huge problem with dead stock never moving, Vinnies is next. Cheaper to go to kmart now; they have the same quality products, lower prices and everything brand new.”

“Would give 0 stars if possible. Within seconds found multiple items from $30-55 for simple jackets and cardigans. None from fancy brands. WHAT A JOKE! Unless something is BRAND NEW WITH TAGS, there is absolutely no reason for anything to be priced at $20-50 or more. $15 should be the very MAX you can charge for items that were donated FOR FREE!!! To top it off this is in Noarlunga, one of the lowest income areas in Adelaide. There is no point in these stores anymore. It’s no longer charities trying to help those in need, it’s rich CEOS price gouging for items they were given completely for free.”

“Really rude and judgemental staff! A guy with glasses was at the counter and was staring at me & my partner in a very judgemental way & wasn’t welcoming at all which made me feel super uncomfortable in the store!! Also the prices were so expensive so yeah i definitely won’t be back to vinnies!”
