I was sold two toys that didn’t even make it to the car before literally falling apart.. when I went back in and showed them a few minutes later, not only were they not apologetic, they insisted that it was a second hand shop and wouldn’t provide me with a refund or credit despite items being fit only for the bin. I won’t be back that’s for sure!”
