“Today for the first time I felt quite unwelcome. I was there about 10 am and a lady who I had not seen before was quite abrasive when asked normal polite questions. I always go on a Monday and those ladies are excellent and worth 5 stars but not this lady today at 10 am Thursday She should not work the front desk as she is not suitable.”
