Vinnies Ulladulla

“I live 5 kms away from the Vinnies shop. I rang to organise a collection of laundered high quality mens clothing and also that I was happy to make a cash donation at the same time. Told they do not have the "capacity" to collect. Explained I do not drive and live alone. Too bad, too sad they still couldn't help! Lovely warm stuff that someone would be grateful for. Looks like it will go to the rubbish tip. No choice as Salvos also do not collect. Surely these places have vans. On FB they scream for donations. They could have had a generous cash donation and good stuff to sell.”

“Over priced as people mention. $30-$40 for shoes that have been well worn just because they’re puma or sketchers. I did find a couple of items and tried to use a 20% off Vinnies voucher that apparently can be used at any store only to be told couldn’t be used here. Not surprised, seems like they’re into getting whatever money they can. Pretty disappointed”

“Overpriced for basic items and brands that aren’t high quality or vintage. $15 for a “SHEIN” dress, handbags and shoes also over priced. I have visited this Vinnies many times before and was hoping for things to change with the cost of living at the moment but still too expensive for the average person. So much for being affordable for people who need it at reasonable pricing. Disappointed.”

“Very overpriced! The clothing here was 3 times the price for same items in the vinnies Narooma. How does this help people doing it tough trying to dress themselves and their families. Management needs to take a good hard look at themselves. You lost us as customers at this location.”

“Over-priced for basic goods. Unlike some, I don’t believe Op Shops should sell everything for a few dollars. I understand some see themselves as fund raising ventures for other projects. But whoever is doing pricing at Vinnies in Ulladulla isn’t in touch with realistic prices for what’s on their racks. I can afford to pay high prices for good - special items. And do. Yet I don’t ever find much of interest in this over-priced Op Shop. So not bothering to even look anymore. Prefer Uniting Church Outreach Op Shop in Ulladulla. Can always find good quality goods at reasonable prices there. Note: I had a Vintage Clothes business in a Capital City, so I have good idea of realistic pricing for what Vinnies, Ulladulla has for sale. I suspect if lower prices, more sales, this Op Shop would be more profitable. Needs an audit.”
