“Why is the shop manager taking donations home to sort. I have seen her twice now loading donations into her car. I was told by a volunteer that the shop manager takes donations home to sort them out because they don’t have enough time during the day to sort donations. I wonder how much comes back to the shop and how much she keeps for herself. I think this should be brought to the CEO attention. Volunteer told me they are too scared to speak to management in case they lose their job”

“Had the most horrific and inappropriate experience on 12/03/2022 with the store manager Carol. From the moment we walked in, she insisted to make multiple inappropriate comments about my partners looks & body. She continued up until the moment we left the store, even her colleagues asked her to stop. It was absolutely disgusting behaviour to their customers, no professionalism what so ever. I did not mention anything at the store out of respect for everyone else. Will never go back there again. 0/5 Horrible.”

“I suggest in the coming year ,the Vinnies shops should do more on customer service especially those shops around joondalop and wangara. Wanneroo shope is doing well though, a bit of training is recommended,will go a long way to increase sales.Thank you.”
