“I won't be donating here again. I had carefully packed four shopping bags of good quality goods to donate. Made a special trip from the city to donate at this store. There was a Vinnies van parked and a worker carefully took my bags and thanked me. I walked around the back of the van to go my car just to see my bags being hurled through the side door somersaulting and hitting the van wall, all the contents spilling every which way. I am praying it was going to a sorting centre and not landfill but the brand new blouse will not be brand new after sliding along a van floor. I felt devastated at this dismissive treatment of goodwill.”

“I used to love this Vinnies when it first opened. But now its just so overpriced. All the home goods are priced between $60-$100, when the items are worth $30 at best. Lots of clothes with retail level prices... this is second hand clothing, which you guys got for free, nothing should be over $30-40 but that seems the norm. Everything is sorted by colour, which is frustrating. Won't be returning to this shop.”

“extremely overpriced! Had a new with tags $30 kmart dress with a sticker saying it had been reduced to $20. Vinnies had a label saying they had it for sale for $20 and had a "Vintage find" tag on it. I love op shopping and raising funds for charity but the pricing is ridiculous in there!”

“I am deeply disappointed by the manager's behavior at Vinnies West End. After making sexist comments towards me, he was later given an opportunity to apologize and rectify the situation. However, his response was both embarrassing and appalling, as he attempted to argue and redirect blame instead of showing remorse. Such behavior is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of the organization. His refusal to take responsibility for his actions reflects a lack of professionalism and respect, further highlighting the need for immediate intervention and accountability.”

“I normally find some good clothes here, but they've "reorganized" and now everything is sorted by color, not size. Very frustrating and a huge time waster for shoppers - it takes forever to flip through 300 pairs of jeans to find your size. Bad decision on management's part.”
