“DURING A COST OF LIVING CRISIS THIS IS DISGUISING. This is exploitation of poor people. Don’t even bother going to this op shop you’re a better off going to Kmart and buying things brand-new because they will be cheaper. The people running this op shop are disgustingly corrupt. I can tell that the manager is walking around in clothing that she gets out of the op shop for free and then she would charge probably $100 for the dress she’s wearing. Last time I went in there I saw a broken intimate peg hanger that is two dollars at Kmart brand new but they were asking $5 for the broken one.. I offered $2 and was rejected.. (thank god cus I got an unbroken one for the same price new) but the manager told me today that they do not sell anything under three dollars so if they get given something that’s worth two dollars when it’s new they will charge you over what it’s worth because they have a policy! It’s actually disgusting! This is not a charity shop. This is a shop aimed at ripping off poor people. I’m pretty sure all the volunteers that just do it to get free clothes and don’t actually care about poor people.”

“Easily the most expensive op-shop on the central coast, they price gouge absolutely everything, definitely found more than a few things in here ticketed for above retail price Kmart for $15-$20 even $30 is ridiculous Pricing up winter gear because “its in demand” is disgusting for a charity shop the new owners are very standoffish and very rude to customers Been coming to the shop since I was a kid and I wont be back”

“This is the most expensive op shop on the central coast. There are many items which are cheaper to buy new from the shop! I love to op shop but after the last time the prices were so outrageous I vowed to never set for in here again. Don’t waste your time!”
