“Me and my Family really loved this op shop, but we will never come back now, and I will be informing anyone else not to go. We have just had a terrible experience... Yesterday I donated a whole entire boot load to this op shop! Clothes in good condition, kids toys and so much more!! My mum went back in today to find some more things for us to buy, she purchased 4 or so items, as she was about to leave she noticed some sheets she liked and went to have a look, when she over hears them talk about her behind her back (they did not notice she didn't leave the shop) This is absolutely unacceptable, She has been nothing but nice to these people, we compliment them all the time on how much we love this shop, and that we always find so many items to take home! We have literally spent hundreds of dollars here. My mum has come home hurt and I will not accept this. This is a charity shop, not a gossip hotspot... Completely shock to hear the things that came out of their mouths.. Super disappointed!!!”
