“I called on Tue 15/7AM wanting to donate 6 boxes/bags of quality used clothes and items, and inquired if (like other charity Op Shops) I could drop these off at the rear entrance, as the shop front is on Sydney Road where parking is scarce. The young lady who answered the phone said donations were received through the front entrance. May I suggest to whoever is in charge of Zikkies Coburg: please change your policy to make it easier to donate.”
