“Going into 1-World was an amazing. I have been there before but yesterday was extra special. I went in with my date and not only did we pick out 31 books with in 20 minutes we also could not get over the range of books from books for my niece, for my mum, for travel and even just for a quite Sunday afternoon read. I'd like to thank Shaun and Tammy for be so fantastic and making us both enjoy the experience.”

“On Saturday I visited this store. WOW, what a change from my previous visits. The shop it self has been revamped & looking good, not as cluttered & easier to navigate around the store. The Staff Member or Manager was absolutely lovely. She was extremely helpfull, & secured my future business. On that experience alone, I would recommend this store.”

“I wanted to purchase a lovely pot at your store today, only to find it unpriced on the shelf. Upon checking out with my other items, I kindly asked if there was a price for this item. Your store manager complimented the item on how cute it was, then immediately opened her mobile phone and told me she would “google it and check the price it is selling for on Etsy” Her and another staff member gasped together at whatever they were looking at; and said the pot must be taken back to be priced accordingly. Am I shopping at an antique store? In what universe is this normal and not just plain rude? It was highly unprofessional and I left without the item I wanted, as I was priced out of being able to purchase it for myself. If I wanted to purchase it on Etsy, I could, and would receive better service and a higher quality item and experience, whilst supporting a small business etc. However I wanted to spend my money towards a good cause, but apparently I couldn’t afford to be so charitable. Very poor experience.”
