“Most of their stock is junk and overpriced. Why pay Kmart prices for second hand, I thought you are supposed to offer items to those who can't afford to buy from kmart. Just buy brand new from Kmart for the same price without missing pieces, damage and frequently rude staff. Donated $100's of dollars worth of stuff and didn't get as much as a smile or a thankyou. Bought a bicycle pump for $10 which was missing a piece and didn't work, found the missing piece elsewhere and it broke using it the first time. Was worse than the same price pump from Kmart. Terrible business model. Don't reply, I'm not going to email your customer support, just be better.”
“Overpriced kids clothing!!! . $20 for a Mooks kids hoodie not in good condition !. You can buy brand new kids Mooks hoodies from Target for $25 :/ Wasn’t there long a lot of other kids items $10 and up . I’ll stick to Vinnies :)”
