“If I could give no stars I would. Staff so rude. Clothes massively overpriced. But the way customers are treated is awful. Witnessed a poor woman being humiliated and trrated badly in the shop today in front of customers by an old employee who definitely shouldn't be working there.”

“Staff and store are both really lovely! It’s very clean and easy to navigate. Pricing is a little off. I actually have no problem with $100+ items is they’re taking into consideration brand, condition and what is actually on trend but it’s quite high prices for very outdated (not vintage) and daggy stuff. If you’re a designer hunter this one can be hit or miss.”

“Massively overpriced. Same items ( better) are third price in comparison at other good opp shops. Other consumers have muttered same and walked out. I’ve donated a lot to this shop ( not rubbish- guess shoes etc) little red stickers count for nothing. Never agsin👎👎👎👎👎👎 Final visit I looked at a pair of cheap ( $2 shop) slippers- available in any cheap shop. The man who’s always there talking crsp told me.. “ they’re reduced, a good brand..” Lol, cheap $2 shop overpriced and oh they’re reduced..🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣”

“For things you are getting for free you marking a jacket for $120 is outrageous you can go to anaconda I by a full snow proof jacket for half the cost. I never drop my clothes into stores like you without going in first to find out how much you are charging people that can’t afford a lot. I took all my clothes, bedsheets, toys, well I can say almost full house of stuff to a different shop cos you are pricing items well over what they are really worth. You should be ashamed!!!”
