“Head to the lovely shop next door for EXCELLENT, GENUINE and FRIENDLY customer service with a beautiful range of products and great music. If you’re looking for designer or reasonably high quality then this little red shop is for you. However you need to be wearing designer for the staff to even say HELLO to you! Multiple times have found them all to be super judgemental in the way they look at customers up and down. It’s quite disgraceful… and even if you have a question or want to start a conversation, they are unhelpful and don’t want to engage in a genuine conversation. Have noticed that unless you’re a regular dressed head to toe in designer, having just gotten back from your umpteenth European summer holiday, the staff will turn their backs when you walk in and have their own private conversation. Charming! It’s NOT an op shop, it’s an odd collection of donated mostly womenswear, some designer, some ‘new’ Chinese/Indian imported kaftans and dresses and a bunch of seconds, some needing repair. Some beautiful pieces in there, with the hefty price tag to suit. Bring husband’s credit card… +1 stars for the generous loyalty card, however probably I won’t be back to be able to fill it up…”

“Amazing!! Wouldn't even know you're in an op shop. Beautiful, clean and not cluttered at all. Lots of brand new clothing donated by big and small retailers. Pricing can seem slightly high for an 'op shop' but it's definitely not considering the quality and type of clothing.”
