“A decent sized shop and I would say over half the stock is brand new labeled clothing. Because of this you'll be looking at anywhere from $30-$150 for clothing. A bit more expensive compaired to other Red Cross op shops I've been to also, and just not really affordable for your average op shopper. BUT if you're into branded clothing you'll find some crazy bargains. Staff were also very friendly and helpful”
“Don't bother going here. The prices are honestly mind blowing and I mean that in the worst way. Selling jackets for $150, I even saw one for $700 (they even noted that the RRP was $1095). Insane. All the designer stuff is even more over priced than everything and they still cut out or draw over the lables. I was looking through their fabric "remnant" and was seeing things like barely a meter for $10 and the fabric was not even anything special. The prices are what you'd pay for these items brand new if not more than that. There is no benefit shopping here, they are so greedy.”
“Nothing under $40, WAY TO EXPENSIVE! The staff are So greedy and rude. don't bother coming in if you're a teenager, you'll just get screamed at, accused of theft and pushed out. It's more organised than it used to be however it is still packed because of the outrageous prices and nothing is selling! Smells of mold if you're into that 🤢”
“DO NOT GO!!! EXPENSIVE & RUDE A particular staff member was unbelievably rude. She started folding the clothes I was looking at by pushing in front of me and then continued to give me filthy looks as we browsed. THE PRICES are insane. Often clothing items were $30-$100 and more expensive than the same item brand new. They were selling a single earring for $20!!! Not even a pair just one earring. There were broken sunglasses for $5. Overall a very disappointing experience and I would recommend avoiding it.”
“Great variety of clothing and shoes. Separated into categories, fairly easy to search through for sizes in the men's section- women's section would benefit from a petite section and a plus size section. Designer sections for men and women. Friendly helpful staff. We purchased men's business shirts and mens shorts Lets all keep donating and buying, keep as much out of landfills as we can.”
