Bendigo Salvation Army Thrift Shop

“Excellent Salvation Army Op Shop. Prices are decent not like the city Salvos.... There is still community spirit in this one.”

“Nice op shop, good prices”

“What an absolute hidden gem. I only found this store a couple years ago on recommendation from a friend. I don’t often find anything at this store but when I do it’s very special! I have purchased furniture and had it delivered to me for a small additional fee, I have found 2 pairs of the only jeans I like that are no longer made and in my size - both on separate occasions and last week I got some beautiful sweaters that retail for over $100 each priced modestly at $6 per item. I love the excitement of hunting here. We have bought clothes, kids books, a few great toys, bric-a-brac and even a cool old hand beater. Thank you to the kind people who donate such lovely items for us to find.”

“I love visiting this gem of an op shop. Huge store and equally large selection of bits and pieces to discover. Low prices and friendly staff round out this 5 star shop.”

“Honestly i think the salvos and other thrift shops charge way too much for the clothing and stuff .. They get it donated to them and sell it top dollar .. And ones buying from there alot are on low income hmm .. May Atwell start shopping back at kmart cheaper better quality.. I understand Salvos do alot on other ways but so wrong charging top dollar..”
