“Some of the staff are very rude. Pricing reasonable for clothes and some kitchen items but furniture and other bric-a-brac are overpriced or priced in a manner inconsistent with their true value in the real world. I get a sense that those pricing in these Op shops are extremely out of touch.”

“Incredibly rude staff, asked the price of a guitar in the shop and was told "you can't just pick things up and ask." It was literally in the shop and didn't have a price sticker but okay, was going to spend money here but I'll go somewhere nicer and friendlier. Most of these negative reviews are due to the rude staff and so I'm not surprised. Friendlier staff = more sales, not a hard concept.”
