“Elizabeth bookshop is one of the best secondhand chain store in Australia. The staff are so nice and helpful. The ambience of the store really well put and somehow they managed to keep almost all books clean. Their collection was many but the one in the Queen Victoria St have more so I ended up buying from there. But they have their online store too. Definitely, worth a visit and I really love this bookshop.”

“Went into Fremantle for dinner and was drawn into this wonderful book store - I knew I was going to find something special in there! I have been looking for a particular cook book for many years (many!) after seeing and falling in love with it at a friends house. This particular book is out of print. The only piece of information I could find on it was a picture on a blog. It has not been for sale anywhere and I have searched alot and often. After asking the staff member if there was a database she could search, there was not so she lead me to the cooking book section. I could not believe it when I spotted not one, but 2 copies on the shelf. I grabbed the one that was in better condition which cost me all of $14! Its just a cook book, but it is so pretty and has the nicest papers throughout it. Im so happy to have found it. I also adore the 'Blind Date with a Book' idea. They are wrapped so nicely. Also a nice touch were notes here and there in the shop about selected titles. A lovely book store which I will visit each time I go to Fremantle.”

“Elizabeth’s is a beautiful second hand book shop. They have an incredible amount of books in so many categories. I was really impressed with the section about Military history and really recommend a visit. You can also have a blind date with a book. A few key words describe the content and then you decide if you want to buy it. The blind date books are totally new.”
