“when i first got there i was looking through the clothes and this working with blonde hair came up and kept asking to look at the brand of the cloths i had in my hand, and when i was walking to the change room she asked again if she could look at the brands and she saw a beaded shirt in my hand and said that she will have to go price it for $12 and i asked her why and she just said she needed to even though i grabbed the shirt from the $6 section, then she proceeded to grab the shirt from my hand and go out the back to put a $12 price tag on it really disappointed, won’t be going back”

“I frequent this store and must admit the Assistant Manager who was on the till when I and others walked in to the store was so professional that she acknowledged all of us. She had a staff member trying to talk to her at the same time. I don't know how she does it. It's amazing to see how she does this. I understand that the staff have their own disabilities. Another customer commented how amazing and caring she is with all the staff, she also commented that she is always like this. I also noticed on Sunday when I was in the store, that there was a blonde headed young lady working at the counter with her and she was a little loud asking customers questions and the way she handled her was so amazing. I was waiting to pay just looking around and the young lady put her hand into another ladies handbag. The Assistant Manager told her that it was not appropriate to do that. The lady was a bit taken back and said to the Assistant Manager that she handled that really well and she had patience like she has never seen before. This lady either needs a promotion or pay rise. She is AMAZING!!!”

“I pick three items out. All in between $5 each to be told its a total of $30 while one of the items was a champion shirt for 6$, the checkout chick is talking about raising the price right in front of me because they didnt realise it was branded. While being served I'm asked why I look like a pirate when I was wearing a white shirt with a corset and being asked if I'm their bosses husband. Honestly a joke and won't be going back. Use to be cheap now it's a rip off”

“Bought some books & toys here recently, best prices for sure and the manager & other ladies are so nice.”

“The store is well laid out, and the content is good. The thing that lets it down is the unprofessionalism of the staff. Telling each other jokingly to F**K off, making very inappropriate jokes on the shop floor with kids present, talking over customers to other staff as if customers weren't there. Come on guys, this is a place of business. Raise the bar please.”
